How do you price your work?
Every proposal is itemized by system and room, so you and your buyer can see exactly what is included and adjust scope before anything is ordered.
How does your scope coordinate with my electrician?
We define the boundary during plan review. We handle low-voltage, networking, and control wiring, and we coordinate with your electrician on power, lighting loads, and panel locations so nothing falls between trades.
What timeline do you commit to?
Proposals arrive within 2 business days of receiving plans. We schedule pre-wire and trim-out around your build calendar and confirm dates with your superintendent.
What happens after closing?
We train the homeowner at move-in and take their service calls from then on. Your team is no longer the help desk for the home's technology.
What areas do you serve?

Yes. We work with your design team early so equipment is planned for and concealed where it belongs.
